Review and allow you to reflect on the course overall. This paper must be submitted on Moodle no later
than April 1.

– Choose one chapter from The Book that Made Your World. This should be a different
chapter from the chapter you already wrote about.
– Introduce the author, the book, and the chapter.
– Describe/ define the cultural issue at hand.
o What are some problems in culture associated with this issue?
– Discuss the Christian response, according to the author or according to what you have
learned about Christianity, to the cultural issue.
– Describe your personal reaction to the ideas set forth in the chapter. E.g.:
o Do you agree with the author on how the cultural issue is framed?
o Is something missing?
o Do you agree with the Christian response?
o Is the Christian response realistic?
o Do the ideas in the chapter align with or challenge your idea of Christianity?
o Have you seen examples of the Christian response in “real life”?
– Lastly, discuss how this chapter ties into what you have learned in this class overall. E.g.:
o Has anything changed about the way you view Christianity?
o Has anything changed about the way you view your own culture?
o Has anything changed about the way you view other cultures?
o Has anything changed about the way you view yourself?
o Has anything changed about the way you understand how you might be a better
