This may include journals, magazines, pamphlets, reference sites, and/or books. All sources must be current and must be documented in a bibliography (APA style). Avoid sites such as Wiki, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.] • Format & Mechanics (15) o Research paper should be 2-3 pages in length (not including works cited page and interview documentation) o APA style throughout (Times New Roman type) o Works Cited (APA style) must be attached at the end of the research paper o Proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, sentence structure, and word usage – minimum 2 points deducted per instance o Provide concise, well-organized thoughts, coherent ideas, and sufficient details. Avoid redundancy and wordiness. Note: While this is a research project, it is somewhat personal and reflective in nature. Therefore, it is acceptable to use first person, but do avoid becoming too informal
