For the movie project, you will need to watch Outsourced(2006) directed by John Jeffcoat and identify 7 different scenes that demonstrate one of the concepts below. For each one, you will need to write up a description of the scene in enough detail so that someone who has not seen the movie will know what you are talking about. Then, you will need to write a brief paragraph explaining what concept you believe the scene displays and why you feel that the scene is a good/bad example of the concept. In addition, you should identify any cross-cultural issues that might have impacted, if at all, what happened in the scene. For general concepts (i.e. leadership or motivation), please describe which theory is being displayed as well.
