Read the case study attached, please note this case study is originally about marketing but in this case you are looking at it from an ORGANIZATIONAL STUDIES perspective.

There are symptoms that have been identified in the beginning of the first attached document which move into problems identified based on the symptoms

Your job is to take these problems and create recommendations.

Recommendations (The ‘How’)
It efficiently describes the action you would take to correct the problems identified in the problem analysis section of the report.

The recommendations take the perspective of pro-active problem-solving – that is, providing advice to the organization about ways to improve effectiveness and ensure that past problems do not recur in future.

The recommendations should cover all of the root causes identified in the problem analysis section while indicating relative importance. Problems may call for immediate and longer term recommendations, so you should indicate what the organization must do now and what it must do later.
You should provide only the most appropriate set of actions. Consider briefly any expected obstacles or resistance and note how these should be dealt with. Where a definitive recommendation is not possible because information is missing from the case, then present a contingent recommendation. For example, if we don’t know whether the supervisor’s behavior is due to lack of ability or motivation, then indicate that this must be explored and briefly suggest the appropriate action under both conditions. Please note that firing should only be used as a last recourse and only after all other options have been explored

The parts which have been written are attached in the document, you will see in the recommendations section that there are some ideas for you to follow. You will also see a photo which can help you navigate which paper works for each problem.

The rest of the attachments are the papers which you will use to write the recommendations. below is a list to help you split up which paper fits with which problem.
