The intent of the SLP is for you to apply the theoretical and general aspects covered in each module to a real-life, practical project and to enhance your research skills in the process.
The SLP revolves around the strategic management of a health care organization of your choice(University of Minnesota). You will survey the organization and assess its current strategic plan, or if one is lacking, propose one of your own.
